  • Complete equipment: the PHRV Heat Pumps are equipped with the following safety systems: high and low pressure switch, water flow switch, anti-freeze safety.
  • Proportional head pressure control.
  • Electronic control by microprocessor (with keypad) which optimizes the operation of the Heat Pump and grants the following functions:
    • Temperature control of hot water and cold water
    •  Self-adapting algorithm  allowing the reduction of the water volume (elimination of the buffer receiver vessel)
    • Control of the operating parameters
    • Automatic control of the circulating pump (anti-freeze and anti-seize fonction)
    • Counting of the operating time of compressor and circulator
    • Defrosting adjusted according to the outdoor temperature
    • Condensation pressure control
    • Alarm management
    • External communication via a serial inerface (Protocol Modbus) (accessory)
    • Output for controlling an additional electronic device (not supplied).

Hermetic Scroll (1 for each refrigerant circuit), with acoustic hooding and internal motor protection, mounted on anti-vibration supports.


AIR / REFRIGERANT EXCHANGER (2)
"L" exchanger with protection grill, alluminium fins on copper tubes - Equipped with a temperature sensor for the condensation pressure control.


AXIAL FAN (3)
1 fan (direct drive) for each refrigerant circuit, with heat protection - Variable speed for the operation at low outdoor temperatures.


High efficiency WATER / REFRIGERANT EXCHANGER (4)
1 exchanger for each refrigerant circuit - Heat exchanger with stainless steel brazed plates and heat insulation: it allows an otpimized heat exchanger with a reduced quantity of refrigerant - Refrigerated water and anti-freeze sensors.

 

REFRIGERANT CIRCUIT (5)
Refrigerant R407C - Thermostatic pressure reducer - Dehydrator filter - High and Low pressure controllers -  Cycle inversion valve - Mixing tank

 

INTGRATED HYDRAULIC MODULE (6)
