Technibel proposes a complete range of
Air/Water Chillers, with hydraulic equipment, specifically
intended for the most various commercial applications. They can
be matched with all types of indoor units in order to offer
complete and optimized solutions. These new concept units are
characterized by very high level equipment, powerful regulation
and extreme compactness.

Thanks to their incorporated hydraulic equipment, the Chillers
Technibel can be easily and quickly installed. No lost of time
to define and get the various components, no superfluous
connections on site; all is designed to facilitate the
installation... and all is immediately ready to function.
Intellingent control system
All the Technibel Chillers are equipped with an electronic
system control with microprocessor, controlling and optimizing
the operation of the unit. The Keypad/display fitted to the
front panel enables to obtain the information on the operation
and on the unit parameters.
The traditional systems incorporate a buffer receiver vessel
increasing the thermal inertia of the installation in order to
avoid too frequent startings of the compressor (harming its
longevity), when the demand is low. The Technibel regulation
thanks to its self-adapting algorithm ensures a safe partial
thermal load operation. It permanently controls the thermal load,
dynamically adapts the point of instruction and limits repeated
startings of the compressor.
Our Chillers operate in all seasons. The condensation pressure
is controlled, the fan speed variation makes it possible
to maintain an optimal value of this pressure even with low
outdoor temperatures.
The regulation also authorizes (by parameter setting) an
adaptation of the point of instruction according to the outdoor
temperature.
It also manages the water circulating pump operation and
provides the antifreeze feature making the pump start when the
outdoor temperature goes down below a minimum level.
The counting of the compressor and pump operation times is
ensured by the regulation and the information are available on
the remote control display.
All the alarms (high pressure, low pressure, antifreeze,
water flow, sensor defects...) are managed and memorized.
A remote control and an interface of communication RS 485 are
available as accessories for the unit remote controlling.
Compactness and Accessibility
These units are designed to take a small space, to reduce at
minimum the space necessary for their installation and thus to
be placed with the maximum discretion. Moreover, the
maintenance and check operations are facilitated by the large
removable panels, giving an access to all the refrigerant,
hydraulic and electrical components.
