sound insulation, high performance fin heat exchanger, axial fan motor with variable speed control
and heat protection, heat exchanger with AISI 316 stainless steel
plates and heat insulation, etc.
- Units ready to operate, with hydraulic
equipment incorporated : 3-speed circulating pump, expansion
tank, safety valve, air bleed valve, water pressure control,
hydraulic filter.
- Complete equipment: the CHG Chillers are
equipped with the following safety systems: high and low pressure
switch, water flow switch, anti-freeze safety.
- Proportional head pressure control.
- Electronic control by microprocessor (with keypad)
which optimizes the operation of the Chiller and grants the
following functions:
- Temperature control of hot water and cold water
- Self-adapting algorithm allowing the reduction
of the water volume (elimination of the buffer receiver vessel)
- Control of the operating parameters
- Automatic control of the circulating pump (anti-freeze and
anti-seize fonction)
- Counting of the operating time of compressor and circulator
- Defrosting adjusted according to the outdoor temperature
- Condensation pressure control
- Alarm management
- External communication via a serial inerface (Protocol
Modbus) (accessory)
- Output for controlling an additional
electronic device (not supplied).
- Easy access to all components.
